Delivery across Egypt typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

All products are securely packed to preserve freshness and protect quality during transit.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking notification (if available).

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept general returns.

Returns or replacements are only accepted in the following cases:

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.

Approved cases will be eligible for replacement or refund.

Products must remain unused and in their original packaging.
Claims submitted after 48 hours from delivery may not be accepted.
