Delivery Issues:
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct. ONIC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect contact details, unavailable customers, courier delays, or events outside our control.

Damaged or Missing Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and products.
